Here you will find older examples of work including Protein Strands (2001) made of fine silver wire coiled around rare earth magnets. This work was exhibited at Evoke: Out of the Showcase at Dundee Contemporary Arts, funded by the Arts & Humanities Research Council and Jewellery Unlimited an Association for Contemporary Jewellery show at Brighton. Pulse:the Stuff of Life an exhibition at the Visual Research Centre, Dundee Contemporary Arts (2004) funded by the Scottish Arts Council took protein structures in science to create new forms of jewellery. This work was exhibited at Dundee Contemporary Arts and toured internationally as part of Design 4 Science.
